I frequently took water breaks,💧collected my breath on several occasions, 🌬and stopped when I had to.🛑I wasn’t concerned with who noticed or what others thought because a) it didn’t matter and b) they’re not looking at me anyway, they paid to focus on their own ish!💵🤷🏿♂️With that said, I gathered myself and just kept going; I found that to be a pretty good response to life.➡️And so I flex. I flex because I honored my body when I had to,💪🏿I flex because I didn’t compare or concern myself with others,💪🏿I flex because I didn’t quit - it’s that simple.💪🏿 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 I encourage you, the next time you accomplish something you’re proud of - in the boardroom, around the house, after a workout - FLEX ON ‘EM.
